		<description>I would normally agree.  I just had the zipper on my REI jacket replaced free of charge due to the lifetime warranty, after wearing it regularly for 5 years.  The sunglasses are just a bad example for me as well because I usually lose them within 3 months.</description>

		<description>Good point. I completely agree with this. Although there are sometimes exceptions -- my husband, for example, breaks any pair of sunglasses within 4 weeks, so we never buy him expensive shades anymore. But I'm still using the same pair from 3 years ago. And another point -- getting quality at a discount is even better!! I grew tired of buying cheap $20 slacks and having them fray or the seams sag or give out. I went to the clearance rack at Macy's and found $80 slacks for $8 and $13 and have been wearing them ever since and they *still* look great a year later.</description>
