		<description>As I go deeper into the simplifying mode, I can use ERE/Jacob as a great reference/tool - "Hmm, what would Jacob do?"  
I started to track my time as I had previously done with money - wow - does a lot of time go into food prep &#38; all related activities.  Bit the bullet &#38; ordered a pressure cooker (of course Kuhn Rikon) &#38; am going to do some batch cooking, tweaking your recipes.  Thanks again for your varied topics! :)</description>
