		<description>Another FP blogger recently posted about the glory of the humble bean and was thoroughly lashed for it (ok, some appreciated it). But his post was about 3 times as long as yours, as per usual with this guy. Which just goes to show that you are wise to read other FP bloggers sparingly.</description>

		<description>We just posted our own "refried" bean recipe.  Our s aren't fried (so more healthy) and are only slightly more expensive since we actually buy our beans and they're much easier to cook.

We just basically pop them into the crock pot and leave them for about 8 hours, while we work/play/sleep.  

I'm too lazy for all that cooking stuff. ;-)</description>
