		<description>We have potatoes and eggs for dinner at least once a week.  We do it a bit differently, just dice up the raw potatoes, fry them, then break the eggs over the top and mix in.  I&#039;m afraid I&#039;d have a mutiny on my hands dare I soil it with cauliflower though!

My kids like this with Ranch dressing, my husband with salsa.

We sometimes put in onions, peppers, sausage -- all kinds of stuff.</description>
