That doesn't look like a human-readable disclaimer.... :(

Fix it, Jacob?

Not a Lawyer
but this doesn't look good on your terms&conditions:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENDIF in /home1/earlyret/public_html/wp-content/themes/redie-30/404.php on line 9"

I REALLY doubt that the woman in the McDonalds case had just bought her VERY FIRST cup of coffee from McDonalds.

From previous experience she should have known it was served very hot and left it to cool some and secondly she was a complete idiot for trying to drive while holding it.

My 2 cents long after the fact.

In regards to the coffee lawsuit, I believe that you are suffering from a common misconception regarding its frivolousness:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liebeck_v._McDonald%27s_Restaurants

Elements of this case include:
- coffee is served too hot to be consumed by any person
- McDonalds had had previous cases before, but refused to serve coffee colder
- woman was hospitalized for 8 days while undergoing skin grafting to repair the damage
- woman had two years of ongoing burn damage treatments
- woman originally sued for the difference between what medicare covered and what she was charged at the hospital
- The jury found the woman 20% at fault, and McDonalds 80% at fault

The more you know!

Hey I wish you had written this a few weeks ago, when the exact same thing happened to us! We were just about ready to call the RV repair shop thinking our furnace was broken. Then we got a clue and turned on the stove, and duuuuh, no flame.

After 2.5 years on the road, we are still learning, it never stops.
