		<description>I  strongly believe that inexperienced homeowners should stay off the roof. It is just not worth it. Imagine the devastation to your family if you should accidentally slip and injure or kill yourself.</description>

		<description>I agree on the caulking guns...there has to be a better mousetrap somewhere in there.

I put new gutters on my house in 2006 - after that I decided to hire out for the roof.  Two stories up on the ladder, not to mention trying to level it on a hill was enough for me.</description>
