I've used swaptree (swap.com now) for PS3 games... $50 games for $4 shipping (and some tiny charge). They have book, cd and dvd sections - although I've not tried them. I like pandora too, but unfortunately their mobile streams are very low quality even if you pay. Great for home though.

http://grooveshark.com/ seems to be a pretty good site. Essentially its like pandora but you can choose any song (that they have) to listen to at any time and you can create and save playlists.

We recently went from dial-up internet (free or very cheap) to DSL internet (cheap) and found Pandora. We like it a lot. I listen to it at work all day. From what we found out it is free for only 40 hrs a month. A year subscription is $40. We did the year subscription and decided it's worth it.

There's a website called "The Tracktor" where you can essentially enter an ISBN number and the highest price you would pay, and they will send you an email if/when the price drops to that point. Good, yes?

Back when I was working I purchased a lot for work from Amazon because I found them to be cheaper than a lot of other places. Not always, but a lot of the time. They were just one of the many places I'd shop for various things.

For personal shopping, I like to use the wish list too, and do the same thing. I'll periodically take a look and remove stuff. And some stuff stays on there an awful long time!
