When someone posts a link to earlyretirementextreme.com, wordpress usually picks up a backlink which I usually delete since it is usually always spammers. However, I also enjoy what one could call backstalking, that is, watching the refering link on sitemeter when someone actually clicked into the blog. This mostly leads back to an interesting/relevant blog post or forum discussion. I am glad to see these references appearing, especially in forum posts as it shows that the message is getting out there. Now all I need is a backlink from the N.Y. Times or WSJ 🙂
